RE: Designation as MDH Consultants on SARS

You are hereby designated as MDH Consultants on SARS.

As MDH Consultants on SARS, you are expected to assist and advise the MDH Task Force SARS on the management of SARS in MDH, particularly on the medical aspects of the disease.

As MDH Consultants on SARS, you are authorized to:

1. Settle dispute on the diagnosis of SARS in a particular patient.
2. Declare the presence or absence of SARS confined in MDH.

In these crucial situations, Dr. Melecia Velmonte will be first on call and Dr. Cecilia Montalban, second on call.
